Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3/14/2026

Limited Time Only ("LTO," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website ltdtimeonly.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information — including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

The key thing to know: LTO does not require account registration, login, or any form of user identification. We do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information ("PII") in our own database, and we cannot trace a user's rating, review, or visit back to an identifiable individual.

1. Information We Collect

Information We Do NOT Collect

LTO does not collect or store:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses
  • Account credentials (we have no user accounts or login system)
  • Payment or financial information
  • Social Security numbers or government-issued identifiers
  • Any information that could directly identify you as an individual

Information That May Be Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, certain technical information may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, either by us or by third-party services operating on our behalf:

  • Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language preferences.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, referring/exit URLs, and click interactions.
  • IP address: collected by third-party analytics and advertising services (not stored by LTO directly). IP addresses may be used by these services to approximate general geographic location (city/region level) but are not used by LTO to identify you.
  • Cookie identifiers: alphanumeric identifiers stored on your device by cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

User-Generated Content

If you submit a rating, review, or comment, that content is stored in our database. However, ratings are anonymous — no PII is collected or associated with your submission, and we have no way to trace a rating back to a specific person.

2. How We Use Information

We use automatically collected technical information to:

  • Operate and maintain the Website: ensure the site functions properly and loads efficiently.
  • Analyze usage patterns: understand which LTOs are popular, how visitors navigate the site, and how we can improve content and user experience.
  • Serve advertisements: when advertising is enabled, third-party ad networks (including Google AdSense) may use technical information and cookies to display relevant ads. See Section 5 below.
  • Ensure security: detect and prevent spam, abuse, and unauthorized access

We do not use any collected information to build individual user profiles, track you across other websites, or sell your information to third parties.

3. How We Share Information

LTO does not sell personal information. LTO does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising on its own behalf.

However, the following third-party services operate on the Website and may independently collect data through cookies and similar technologies when you visit:

  • Google AdSense: (when enabled: Google and its advertising partners may collect cookie identifiers, device information, and browsing data to serve personalized or contextual ads and measure ad performance. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can manage your ad personalization preferences at Google Ads Settings.
  • Analytics providers: We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) that collect aggregated, non-personally-identifiable usage data to help us understand Website traffic and improve our content.

These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Website. For a detailed explanation of what cookies we use, why we use them, and how to manage your preferences, please see our Cookie Policy & Consent.

In Summary:

  • Essential cookies are required for basic site functionality and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand traffic patterns and are optional.
  • Advertising cookies support ad delivery and measurement (including Google AdSense) and are optional.

You can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie consent tool on the Website, or through your browser settings.

5. Google AdSense

The Website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. When ads are displayed:

  • Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your browsing history.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You may opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

For more information, see How Google Uses Information from Sites That Use Our Services.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Do Not Track (DNT)

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that sends a signal to websites requesting that your activity not be tracked. At this time, there is no uniform standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Our Website does not currently alter its behavior in response to DNT browser signals. However, you can manage your cookie and tracking preferences through our cookie consent tool or your browser settings.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Opt-Out Preference Signals

We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and similar opt-out preference signals as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the California Opt Me Out Act (AB 566). When we detect a GPC or similar signal from your browser, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (to the extent applicable). If advertising cookies are active, a recognized opt-out signal will disable personalized advertising for your session.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Rights for All Users

  • Manage cookies: Use our cookie consent tool or your browser settings to accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time.
  • Request content removal: If you submitted User Content and wish to have it removed, email us at privacy@ltdtimeonly.com.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. Because LTO does not collect or store PII, we are unlikely to have personal information about you to disclose. We will still respond to your request and confirm this.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. Because LTO does not store PII, there is generally no personal information in our database to delete. If you have submitted User Content, we can remove it upon request.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information. Because LTO does not maintain personal information, this right is unlikely to apply. We will still respond to your request.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. LTO does not sell personal information. To the extent that third-party advertising cookies constitute "sharing" under the CCPA, you can opt out by rejecting advertising cookies through our cookie consent tool, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by contacting us directly.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: LTO does not collect sensitive personal information.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a privacy request, email privacy@ltdtimeonly.com with the subject line "California Privacy Rights Request." We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, as required by law. If we need additional time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you in writing.

Because LTO does not collect PII or maintain user accounts, we may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before processing your request, in order to protect the privacy and security of all users.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. An authorized agent must provide written proof of authorization.

California "Shine the Light" Law

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information about the disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. LTO does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

CalOPPA Disclosures

  • We will notify users of material changes to this Privacy Policy by updating the "Last updated" date and, where practicable, posting a notice on the Website for at least 30 days.
  • See Section 6 above for our Do Not Track disclosure.
  • Third parties (including Google AdSense, when enabled) may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Website. See Sections 3 and 5 above.

8. Data Retention

  • User-Generated Content (anonymous ratings, reviews) is retained for as long as it remains relevant to the Website's purpose or until you request its removal.
  • Automatically collected technical data (analytics, logs) is retained in aggregated, non-personally-identifiable form. Any server logs containing IP addresses are automatically purged within 90 days.
  • Cookies expire according to the timeframes described in our Cookie Policy. You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information processed through the Website. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because LTO does not store PII in its database, the risk of a data breach involving personal user data is minimal.

10. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security breach that affects personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulatory authorities in accordance with all applicable laws, including California Civil Code Section 1798.82 and other state notification requirements, within the timeframes required by law.

11. International Users

The Website is operated from the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, please be aware that information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Website, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

12. Children's Privacy

The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because LTO does not require registration or collect PII, children's privacy risks are minimal. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted content that should be removed, please contact us at privacy@ltdtimeonly.com.

California minors (under 18): If you are a California resident under 18, you have the right to request removal of User Content you have publicly posted. See Section 3 of our Terms of Service for details.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Where practicable, display a notice on the Website for at least 30 days.
  • If required by law, provide you with additional notice (such as a statement on the Website homepage).

Your continued use of the Website after the updated Privacy Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
